ROCMND SERVICES
We provide excellent counseling services free of charge to our clients and their families. We see children up to the age of 19 and also work with parents/guardians. We have been providing services for the past 40 years and have grown to 4 counseling agencies, Miami, Pryor, Grove, and Vinita. We provide services for those needing the training to serve alcohol as well as community-based prevention services regarding substance abuse. We also work with the Department of Human Services through our OCS program to help families in need.

ROCMND RBSS Training Program
Responsible Beverage Service and Sales Training provide clerks, servers, and managers with the knowledge and skills to sell and serve alcoholic beverages safely, responsibly, and legally.
The overall goal of the training is to ensure that expectations, liabilities, and legal responsibilities are communicated to all licensees and their employees.
Specific goals of this training include:
- Understanding the legal and social responsibilities;
- Identifying common signs that signal an underage ID
- Recognizing signs of intoxication
