RESPONSIBLE BEVERAGE SALES AND SERVICE

Training
We provide Responsible Beverage Sales and Services Training (RBSS). Our training has been approved by the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) agency. It is also the only free training offered at this time. We are contracted with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to provide RBSS training statewide. It covers checking identification, the laws and liabilities around alcohol sales, and how to prevent sales and service to someone that is intoxicated.

Hospitality Policy Development
We also work with businesses to develop policies and practices that will aid them in better hospitality and responsible alcohol sales and service. We have examples as well as services we can provide that will allow a business to examine their procedures to ensure their employees follow the law as well as the policies of their business.

“Due to staffing issues in the hospitality business it is difficult to get everyone in the same room at the same time and in some cases, we have turnover that we have to also train. We have found working with Stacy on scheduled/ consistent training allows us to get our Managers to get their team members the knowledge they need to make the right decisions when performing their duties.” – Melanie Heskett
