ROCMND HISTORY
Alcohol server training can be effective in decreasing underage alcohol sales and overservice. Oklahoma statistics show that there is a need for Responsible Beverage Service and Sales training to decrease these issues which will also decrease the negative outcomes such as alcohol-related crashes.
2008
Established 2008
Groups across Oklahoma started meeting to form alcohol server training to aid in decreasing underage access and use.
2010
First Curriculum
The first curriculum was completed with the aid of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, the Oklahoma ABLE Commission, and other prevention providers. It was named Responsible Beverage Service and Sales Training.
2013
ROCMND'S First Training
ROCMND's first training was held in Vinita on August 7, 2013. ROCMND started providing regularly scheduled training to Cherokee Casinos on October 2, 2013.
2014
ROCMND Region Wide Training
Began providing training to all counties within ROCMND's region including Rogers, Ottawa, Craig, Mayes, Nowata, Delaware, and Washington counties.
2018
Manditory Training
On October 1st, 2018, a law was passed to make training mandatory for any new liquor licensee and also for those that allowed their license to expire after 2018.
2022
ROCMND Awarded State Contract
ROCMND was awarded the statewide contract to provide Responsible Beverage Service and Sales.

The Vinita office in the Vinita Industrial Park.
